Parking
The Parc urbain du Prieuré is a green space covering more than 30 hectares right in the heart of the city! A real green lung, a place to relax and enjoy a romantic stroll. You can walk or cycle along the paths. There's also a pond, the result of quarry development in the 1990s, which was handed over to the local authority in 2003. The area is maintained to preserve its flora and fauna, much to our delight! With a bit of observation, you may be lucky enough to come across a few moorhens, ducks, great crested grebes and, with a bit of luck, deer! Respectful management of sensitive areas means that many different species of plants and insects can coexist, and this is a particularly enjoyable sight in spring and summer.
